Worksheet drop boxes

I am trying to design a workbook containing all my fitness/nutrition lo
information.

Basically I have made a worksheet in this workbook that lists variou
food items by name in rows, the nutrition information is listed i
colums for protein, fats, carbohydrates etc.

On another worksheet in the workbook I would like to have a series o
cells when selected a drop box appears so I can select a food item fro
the other worksheet. I will be using a VLOOK function to bring acros
the nutrition information.

Anyone have any ideas as to how I can do this?
