Worksheet in excel too high cannot get to top buttons

Tried everything to get to the title bar of the workbook in Excel hidden
behind the top of the menu bar of excel itself?

Hi,

Why do you want to do this? you might be able to turn off the title bar
using VBA, but then you will need to turn it back on with VBA. And in fact
it won't be "hidden behind" it will be turned off.
