Worksheets within a worksheet

I need to do a separate worksheet for each State, which I can do, but then within each State worksheet, have a separate worksheet for each month. And be able to tab through each monthly worksheet for that State. Is this possible?

If your information is in a list, you may be able to accomplish what you
want by filtering the data, instead of creating separate sheets for each
month, or each state.

You could also use a Pivot Table to summarize the data, and view each
state or month's data separately.
