Workspace Not Downloading.

I'm having the same problem. The account is downloading the Calendar, but
not the files, so she can't do anything. I have Version 4. Worskspace is
about 9 GB. Only have 1 user out of 10 that this is doing it to. I ran a
GrooveClean, gave her a new account, still the same result. Thanks for any
help.

How big are your spaces? If they are over 2 GB or approaching 2 GB then
that will keep them from synchronizing and downloading correctly. Also, what
version are the spaces? If they are 3.0 or lower, you may want to consider
creating a new 2007 space and moving your data to this new space.

Over the last couple of weeks, our Groove Account, which is frequented by
about 12 workers, has been acting up. Specifically, we have had exisitng
members lose portions of their workspaces or others attempting to set up
other PCs download workspaces and those downloads complete but with missing
sections in said workspaces. In other words, a workspace loads up but is
missing one or two sections out of 4 or 5.... We all have product license
keys and the program itself comes right up...About half our group is
experiencing these problems and they seem to be spreading... help!

Hi Jenay,

The Workspace is too large if it is 9 GB. You should eliminate data or
split this space into smaller spaces so that the spaces are around 1 GB.
