Workspace syncing error in Groove

We have been using Groove for 2 years now and never had a problem sharing
workspaces across computers. Recently, the workspace says is has been been
synced to a new computer, but none of the files transfer over, just the
discussion and chat tools. This problem is not consistent, some computers
load the new workspace perfectly and others only load the discussion and
chat.

Please help.
