Would like set monthly recurring appointments beyond 4th weekday

I have numerous monthly tasks that are scheduled to be completed on the same
weekday (holidays excluded) each month. For instance, I have a task that I
am to complete on the 9th weekday of each month. Outlook allows only
selecting first, second, third or fourth weekday for monthly appointments.
Is there another option to go beyond the fourth weekday? I have Windows XP.

You might want to look at a 3rd party add-in called WS:Repeat Appointment
that allows you to choose a more customized pattern for recurring
appointments. Details here:
