WOW, U DO NOT WANT MUNCH? When I click PRINT why does it not ask

I See how it works now. When I click on print in office 2003 why does it not
open my printer que so I can set the number of copies, the quality & speed.
Do we have a method to print in color?

Hi Rex,

You don't mention what app you're in, but in Word, for example, the default print icon on the toolbar is a 'quickprint' (print to
the currently selected printer/settings).

Using File=>Print opens the dialog box you're looking for.
You can add the File=>Print choice to your toolbar by going to Tools=>Customize and from the File category drag either of these
commands to the toolbar of your choice:

'Print...'
or
'Print Setup'

The 2nd command, Print Setup, will let you choose your printer and go directly to the settings dialog owned by that printer through
the dialogs 'Options' button.

The 1st command, Print...' takes you to the same command as File=>Print
