Right click on the required cells, choose format cells and
then choose the Alignment tab and tick Wrap Text.

I am trying to enter text into a cell. Not all the text
is wrapping. The first few text past the column does not

wrap text but if I enter more characters in the cell then
Excel wraps the text.
