Wrapping connectors around shapes?

I'm using Visio 2002 std.

I often make schematic diagrams of WEB (in an old sense, not WWW) Processes,
where a sheet product under tension wraps around rolls, and is pulled
through some process.

I've not been able to come up with any way to configure a VISIO connector to
wrap around a circular shape to appear like the web wrapping a roll. I'd
like to be able to position three circle shapes, glue connector ends to two
of them, and have the connector automatically wrap around the outside of the
third connector shape? Clear?

Can anybody help?
