WRES_CAN_LOGIN counterpart in Project server 2007

We have an old code (for PS 2003) that extracts projects for a specified
resource.
It checks in the WHERE clause the following

WHERE .... WRES_CAN_LOGIN = 1

Is there such property in Project Server 2007 Reporting database or should
we ignore this check?

Does this mean that we shouldn't check that property for any user resources
in Project Server 2007?

What happens to users that had WRES_CAN_LOGIN <>1 in Project server 2003 and
were migrarted to 2007 ?

Microsoft have not published the schema for the publish database for 2007 as
they reserve the right to change it as required. Anything you develop based
on any data in any db other than reporting may not work after the next
hotfix or SP. You therefore need to develop solutions based only on using
direct automation of Project, Project Server 2007's PSI or what is in the
Reporting db.
