Write music notation in Word?

Is it possible to write musical notes and/or chords using Office 2007. Don't
want midi or playback, just simply guitar songs to paper.

What notation do you want to write; staff or solfa ? you can manage to write
solfa but I've not seen a word package for staff for now.
