If you are using Publisher, start with a blank booklet publication. Open
Publisher to a blank publication, then go to File > Page Setup and choose
"Booklet" under publication type. If you are getting your booklet printed by
a commercial printer, I recommend you speak with your printer FIRST and ask
them what format/layout and file type works best for them and their printing
presses.
