writing my own form

By the sounds of it - If I use the publisher form tool, then I can't control
the email account my online forms are sent via. So...I will have to write
code for my own form (whereby I can allocate the email address it is sent
from).

Are there any type of scripts that don't comply with publisher? sorry if i
sound like a novice...but should i be looking for php, html or java scripts?
etc.....

Unfotunately my host aren't much help. I don't think they deal with many
people using publisher. They suggested php...but I want to make sure that is
compatible with publisher before I go searching for some script.

I'm 90% sure form email will always show as coming from your domain.
