Writing recognition improvement available in French ?

Hello,

I've heard onenote 2007 and vista came with an improved recognition of
handwritten notes.
I understand there is a system able to learn the owner way of writing or
something like that.
Is this available for the french version ?
Is there another way to improve recognition ? I use Onenote 2007 french
edition, windows updates regularly done.
