writing record to disk when moving from one field to another.

When our net work does down and am in processing of completing a report when
I finish i get a disk error message. Consequently I cannot save my report.
I read at one time when going from one data field to next it wrote the finish
field to disk. It would save alot of aggrevation if most of my record was
saved.

At suitable times, such as every couple of minutes, use File-->Save (or
control-S, or the little floppy-disk icon on the toolbar) to save your
work. It takes only a moment.
