Writing to a Stream in the Document.

Hi Tom,
Is it possible to write to a stream in a docfile from a Word Addin?

What kind of content would this "stream" have? Pure text, or
something else? Pure text you can put into a Word document. For other
things Word requires a converter, which usually means inserting a
separate file (such as a graphic, HTML or RTF file).
