writing wizard asks for a cd to be inserted when one is already in

When attempting to copy my files/documents onto a CD-RW all goes well until I
reach the CD writing Wizard which insists that I need to insert a CD, when on
is already in place. How do I solve this???? I have an XP with M/Office 2003

What CD burning software are you using? That's where you need to post your
question beause Office doesn't include anything like that.

If you have two CD/DVD drives, only one is likely to have write capability.
Are you sure that the CD is in a drive that can write to the CD?
