We are having an issue when a resource enters time (work) on PWA and
when the project manager accepts the time (work). For instance a
resource will record 1.5 hours worth of work on a task for a day and
when the PM approves the entry it changes it to 1.28 hours. On some
occasions it tries to spread that 1.28 hours over several days.
