wrong assignments

we face with strange condition about resource assignments.I will try to
describe the problem below.
For instan you have resource A and project file X.

Although the project file X does not cantain resource A. there are
assignments for resource A in PWA. There are records in msp_web_assıgnmenst
table
related with resource A for project X.
I know the orphan assignments problem. (when deleting assignments from the
project file). But this is different situation. Resource A is not used in
this project file never and so there are orphan records.

Have you any idea about this problem? How can get rid of orphan records?
