Hello!
First of all, sorry for my bad English. I hope you do unterstand me and
can help me anyways.
Currently I'm trying about accessing my emails via IMAP protocol instead
of POP3. First I copied all my emails to my email-provider so I can
access them with any computer via IMAP or the internet site of my
email-provider. Then I created a new IMAP-email-account in Outlook and
downloaded all email-headers. It worked fine, but now all my emails are
dated at the time I uploaded them to my email-provider. When I access
the mails via the internet site then all emails have the original
correct date they are from. I tried Mozilla Thunderbird and it shows the
correct date too. Only Outlook and Outlook Express are wrong.
Do you know how I can fix this?
By the way is there a way to configure Outlook not to store downloaded
emails in local folders?
Thanks a lot!
Kevin
