Wrong dialog box for printing

Hi,

Question regarding outlook 2002. If the format of a
message I have received is 'plain text', then when I try
to print that email (File -> Print), the dialog box which
appears shows the 'memo style' for printing, whereas I
would like to see the normal dialog box, so that I can
select how many pages to print.

This is really bothersome because after several replies
back and forth, the emails become very long and all that
the users want to do, is to print out the first page.

Any ideas ? Many thanks.

Hi,

Can you tell me if you ever received a reply to your question detailed below? I am having the same problem - not being able to print just a selection on multi-page emails because it only offers me memo style printing on some rich text emails. Can you help

Outlook simply doesnot support all the print options you're looking for.
