wrong homepage in navigation view

I'm using frontpage 2003, and for some reason on one web it has the wrong
homepage in the navigation view. I have reset the web homepage in the
folders view, but this has not changed the navigation view.

Is this some setting in a file on the server? Or on my PC running
frontpage, or in some cache?

Any help would be most appreciated.
