Wrong records on report.

I have a Chart report based on a Query.
Every second or 3rd time I open the report; I'll not get
the expected information.
When I created this chart, I had only 1 record. Usually
this record will be displayed instead of the corrected one.
How can this problem be fixed?
Do I have to install a patch?
I'm using Office 2000.

The same happens when you go to design view; the original
record will be displayed, that's understandable.

If you want, I can upload a sample.
