Wrong scaling when printing

Hello,

Word 2000 9.0
Installed on a new PC with XP Pro

Since we have transferred our files on a new PC, all our
prints are scaled down by, say, 10%.
For instance a CD cover, measuring 12 cm on the Word
lateral rules, prints out with 11 cm.
I have checked all parameters . I have printed on two
different printers, one Epson Laser on the parralel port
and one Epson R300 on the USB port and the result is ,the
same.

Hi

I found the solution
On the new PC all the printers were originally set up
with properties, Paper size: US Paper.
I set up all of them on A4 (European).
This has to be done on the control pannel. Not
individually on a given document, otherwise it always
comes back the properties set up in the Cotrol panel.
Evrything OK!
