wrong template

Hello,

I just downloaded a 2008 calendar template for Microsoft Word 2003 and
later, only to find out I have Microsoft Word 2002. How can I find the
template to disable or uninstall it? Thanks.

It isn't going to do any harm. I believe anything you can open in 2003 you
should be able to open in 2002. What happens when you try?

The templates are in a folder similar to this (Hidden):
C:\Documents and Settings\<<user>>\Application Data\Microsoft\Templates

Hello Mary,

Thank you so much for your help. When I open MW I don't see any place to
access the calendar templates. I've followed the instructions below and did
not see the template. Am I missing something? I did find the Templates
folder (per the file path you suggested) but did not see the new template.
Thanks again.

Create a calendar
On the File menu, click New.
In the New Document task pane, under New from template, click General
Templates.

I'm not a Word person, I can only assume that the template site looks for a 2003
or 2007 Word application, if it doesn't find it, then the file doesn't download
to your computer.

When you download a templates it's up to you to save it in the location of
your choice. So if it wasn't what you wanted and you closed the downloaded
file without saving it then it's gone.
