Wrong update but cannot uninstall.

On December 18 I updated my Word program and now the "Help" file tells me to
do steps that do not exist where the Help tells me to go. I tried to
unistall it but I received the following message: This update cannot be
removed. Use the following information to get technical support for this
update: Update ID: {1E706CDB-6A6B-43D4-ACE7-2BF7764D7103}

So right now can you us your Word program? What steps does the help file
tell you to do?

I can use my Word right now. It is just my Help part that is messed up. It
doesn't give me steps to fix it. It just says, "-- Use the following
information to get technical support for this update: Update ID:
{1E706CDB-6A6B-43D4-ACE7-2BF7764D7103} Who doesn't say who to contact or how
to contact them. I looked for an update support link but there in none.
