Wrong url to linked document in PWA (urgent)

Hello,
I installed Project Server 2003 and I have the following
problem:
Project Web Access works fine from the intranet (lan)...
the PWA and the Sharepoint sites that were created for
each project are OK.
From the Internet, however, PWA works, but when I try to
upload, edit a linked document or I try to go to the
sharepoint workplace of that project, I get a new window
that points to the intranet url of the site! example I
get http://project/sites... instead of
http://project.navisoft.net/sites...

Please can anyone help me? (I am supposed to go live
tomorrow)
