2007! Integration is just about seamless. It's easier to install and
administer.

Ashish:

Project Server and MOSS are two applications that run on top of WSS 3.0.
Whether or not you install MOSS, Project Server requires WSS 3.0. Microsoft
Office SharePoint Server is a very robust and powerful application platform.
You should determine whether you want/need MOSS as it has a significant
price tag and server and administrative overhead. With that said, I think
it's a fabulous application.
