I am not sure when or how this occurred. I can fix it, but if you have any
ideas why or how this occurred , I would appreciate some insight.
On the Workspace sites I have created an additional permission level. I
went through all the sites created and gave the PM this new permission level.
The purpose was so they could add their own users to the site.
Then last week I was training a new user and realized that the permission
was no longer set on an existing WSS.
When I looked further, it also had changed the PM back to the standard PM
permission and added 2 more users consistently with a PM permission. These 2
users are not part (team or otherwise) of the projects.
Was hoping this group of people may have encountered something similar and
can tell me how this could have happened.
I am in the process of updating all the sites with correct permission level,
but would like to prevent this from happening again.
One more piece of information. Prior to me finding this, I was getting WSS
errors and had to resync all my projects workspaces.
