WSS indicates its not finished configuring

Ok. I installed everything for project server 2007 on a farm of 2 servers.
WSS keeps saying in big red colors that it is not funished. The odd thing
is that the whole system works, at least to the point that WSS functions and
PS 2007 website works just fine.

How do get WSS to stop telling me that its not complete?
