WSS Item limit by date

Hi,
Within a WSS for a project, can you create a view to limit list (issues,
risks, etc.)items that are created within a certain date range. for example.
what I want to show is all items that have been created in the last week.
I know that there is the filter and [today] capability but what I need is to
filter and show anyhting from [today] - 7.

Can this be done?
