WSS Templates missing in Project Server/WSS install

Hi,
I'm working on a Full Project Server install with WSS in a time
crunch. Everything seems to be working ok except for some aspects of
the PS2003/WSS interface. I can create any number of top level sites
with any style sheet I want. But I can't seem to get the system to
create a site for each project. It doesn't work automatically or
manually thru the admin page. The only instructive error I get is
"There are no templates installed on the specified server running WSS.
Verify the Web Server is properly extended and with SharePoint
Services." Other errors are simply "WSS Remote Administration failed
to create site"
Any help would be appreciated.

Re-installing from scratch WSS then Project Server resolved the problem.
