WSS Web Parts in Portal Server

Hi,

If I create a document library in WSS (using Project Server in fact) can I
then display that doc library in Sharpoint portal server and if so how ?

I need the ability to show the same doc library in BOTH WSS and Portal
Server and have it such that it doesn't matter where a doc is uploaded to it
also shows in the other ....

Can this be done - of so how ?

Appreciate any suggestions ...
