Jennifer Atchison

I created a slipstreamed SP2 office 2003 package using the office resource
kit. Now WSUS sees those clients as not needed for SP2 office rather than
installed. Please help

Jennifer - WSUS cannot support detecting Office Updates from a client
previously updated via a patched Administrative Install Point. If your AIP
is at RTM level it can. See the following 2 KBs on the topic:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/903773/
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/902349
Is an AIP what you mean by 'slipstreamed'? thnkx -Bobbie
