No, it doesn't - check out microsoft.public.security.virus and you'll see
it's in there a lot. Try using msnews.microsoft.com as your news
server....but note that sometimes posts do get lost, seemingly for no
reason.
I'm presuming your original post contained nothing that would capture the
attention of Mr. Ashcroft.
