It's best to post the details for your specific problem such as the
version of Word you are using and the patches you have installed, the
error message you are encountering (if any), when the error occurs,
your operating system and network operating system.
There are many times a problem appears to the be the same but the
resolution is different. Also, seldom is file referenced in the error
message the actual cause of the error.
