I get this trying to log into PP using the local and FQDN addresses. I'm
using an XP workstation that isn't a member of the domain. I can't log in
using PP and the domain\Administrator account when trying on the server
itself either. The FQDN is in my trusted sites and I have prompt for
authentication enabled in both the trusted and intranet zones in IE. I can
log into PWA. What can possibly be causing this? This is driving me NUTS!
I've not been able to figure this out after many, many postings over a
couple of months.

WWW-Authenticate header field that the Web server is not configured to
accept.
