I am totally frustrated by the fact that FrontPage does not accurately
show the characters that will display when a webpage is posted.

While they look fine in FrontPage, all of my quotes, hyphens, dashes
and similar characters show up as question marks - ? - when my pages
are posted on my site.

Is there any way to configure FrontPage to show characters properly?
