I have 12 categories on the X-axis and not all the labels apprear. (In
Lotus, they stagger.) How can I get PowerPoint to display all the labels?

reduce the font size and see if it works.

Yes, I did. I took the font to 8 and every label showed up while I was
editing the chart. However, some of the labels disappeared when I went back
to normal view and would not print out. Finally, I took the font down to 7
and I got all the labels to print. It is exasperating that PowerPoint gives
you so little control over the axes formats. The same gose for the main
title. I had to put it in a smaller font than I wanted to get the whole
title to appear.

My solution is to add the title and labels manually such as using
textbox/wordart. See if anyone have a better suggestions.
