First check is they support the FP Server Extensions under your plan
If they do, have them have them apply the FP SE
Then open the site in FP using File open Site in FP and entering your URL
and use File Publish to a disc based web location (say C:\MySite)
See http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=205729

If they don't, you need to start by downloading your site to your PC to a folder (say C:\MySite)
- check if they have a FTP or download tool for that,
or worse case in IE File Save As each page into that folder
Then open that as a site in FP
File Open Web/Site and browse to that folder
- FP will convert the folder to a FP Web/Site

Be prepared to do a lot of clean up
(especially if you use IE to download the site)

IMHO
You would be better off if you just recreated it all in FP
File New Web/Site and select the Personal Web Site template
(you can do a lot of copy/paste of page content from IE to a FP page to save time)

Create another folder using Windows Explorer, say C:\myweb
Use an FTP client to download your files from Yahoo to the folder.
Open FrontPage, then File->Open Web (Open Site in FP2003) and open the
folder you originally made.
Then File->Import
Click "Add File" and browse to the folder containing the downloaded web.
Select all the files and folders (not the folder itself) and click OK.

If FrontPage shows all the files correctly, you can delete the C:\myweb
folder.
