x32 programs taking too much memory on Xp x64

I ve decided to upgrade to X64 from xp home seems that to run firefox uses
69,600K and my system only 67,916K is there a patch to fix this??

Your computer only has 64 Mb of RAM? You need RAM. Lots more RAM.
I'd suggest 2 Gb.
