x64 installation

I recently bought a new x64 box. I have a fully copy of Visio 5.0, and
upgrades for 2002 and 2003. I can't install the 2003 upgrade because it wants
either an installed 2000 or 2002, or a full disc. I can't install the 2002
upgrade without 5.0 actually installed - not just check the 5.0 disk. I can't
install the 5.0 on XP SP2 x64 period.

Surely I don't have to chuck my investment and buy a new full copy, do I?

ignore the v5 message, it does work on XP. I've never tried it on an x64
system.
