XL('03/XP) function keys chg'd. How do I reset (eg: F4=repeat)?

[Display name? Function keys?]

The function keys in Excel were changed by a previous user. I'd like to set
them back to the defaults I've memorized (eg: F4 is usually repeat), but when
I searched 'help', nothing relates.
