.xls files Win 98 to Win XP home

HELP !! I now have Win XP Home with Microsoft Suite 2003
installed on a new computer. What needs to be in place to
allow me to transfer .xls files from Win 98 on my old
computer??

I think this have only Word but not Excel in it?
If you don't have Office version you can use the viewer below
