xml exports misses recent data

Hi,
After loosing all my hair I can't figure this out.
When I export a report to xml with access 2007 it keeps missing my most
recent records - anything after about 2 months ago wont show up.
The thing is that it works fine if i export in any other format and I can
see the records in the report on the screen in access before i export. I
just cant figure it out?

I am only talking about 82 records and the report is generated from a query
which comes from a linked table (linked to outlook BCM).

Thanks for any help as I am stuffed!!
