XML UTF8 header UTF16 Body

If I select an XML data source and use and XSD to complete the datasource.

Drag the datasource to the spreadsheet and now I can capture data as per the
XSD

So far so good.

Select Data, XML Export and create an XML file of the data.

This file seems to have a UTF8 XML header and yet the data is
UTF16.....somewhere I assume some soft or transform is taking place and the
XML DOM is writing out UTF16.....

Where do I change or find the setting to correct this?
