I assume this is a response to my response from yesterday.
There is no "command" menu.
In Tools>Customize there is a "commands" tab.
That would be where you select Data category.
Scroll down until you find the XML icons.
Drag them up to your Data menu on worksheet menu bar.

I gave you 3 options to try.
