I have a file that is part of a calendar and it's an xml file. I noticed when
I edit it within Front Page and upload it, it doesn't always reflect my
changes. I have a feeling it may be because the server thinks it hasn't
changed since the xml file is so small. I try deleting it from the server and
then uploading it but that also doesn't seem to work always?
