Xobni doesn't use Form Regions - it uses a custom Task Pane. Both custom
Task Panes and Form Regions are only supported in Outlook 2007.

In fact, Xobni creates its pane in Outlook 2003 using Win32 API. In a
similar way, Add-in Express creates custom task panes in Outlook 2000-2007.

Ah! I thought the Task Pane looked a little different, but I wasn't sure if
they were "cheating" or not. If I would have evaluated your product two
years ago like I promised I would have known that! ;-)
