xp fax not in outbox

I have been using win xp fax for sometime , but all of a sudden I cannot
seem to get it to work. Have read all the microsoft sites. When I want to
send the fax it doesn't get to the outbox therefore it cannot be sent. Does
anyone have any ideas?
